Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by Maryland law

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Refunds

No returns are accepted.

Exchanges

We will only replace items like-for-like if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, we must be notified before you leave our property or at the time of delivery.

Delivery

Ernest Maier Inc is only responsible for curbside delivery. Any damage done to property off curbside is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Credit Accounts

Once set up and verified, authorized users will have access to the company’s full line of credit with Ernest Maier or its affiliates. The company to which the authorized user is affiliated with is responsible for all transactions performed on the account as per the terms of their letter of credit.

If an authorized user’s account privileges change, the credit account holder must notify Ernest Maier in writing (info@emcoblock.com). Ernest Maier assumes no liability for purchases made prior to being notified.

Account Security

It is the user’s responsibility to protect their login credentials, and update as they feel necessary.

Ernest Maier observes best practices to protect a user’s privacy and business interests. If fraud is suspected we may suspend or terminate an account.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
