Egress Ladder

Designed for basement window wells, this ladder provides a secure and easy escape route during emergencies, meeting IRC building code requirements for any well deeper than 44 inches. The ladder connects by hanging over the window well. It is made from heavy-duty galvanized steel. Rungs are spaced about 12" apart.
Available in 3', 4' and 5' heights. Fits wells up to 2' deeper
