Winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces Award for Employee Well-Being
Bladensburg MD, October 19, 2022 – Ernest Maier, a Mid-Atlantic based construction material manufacturer and distributor, has been recognized with a national 2022 Top Workplace Award by Energage for Employee Well-Being. This cultural excellence honor companies who put health and wellness at the center of their workplace culture.

The Top Workplace awards are based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
