Dual Function Vent (Flood + Air)
The Dual Function Smart Vent series is an engineered foundation flood vent designed for use in enclosed spaces where flood protection is required and natural air ventilation is also desired.
A bimetal coil automatically opens and closes the ventilation louvers as temperature changes. No electricity is required. The louvers will be fully closed at 35˚F and fully open at 75˚F.
Smart Vent Foundation Flood Vents are FEMA Compliant and ICC-ES Certified (ESR-2074) for 200 sq. ft. of flood protection per vent
