J-Drain 400

The J-Drain 400 roll is a high-performance drainage solution designed for foundation, retaining wall, and landscaping applications. Made from a durable, heat-formed polypropylene dimpled sheet, it creates a continuous air gap to quickly channel water away, reducing hydrostatic pressure against structures. Lightweight yet strong, the core offers exceptional compressive strength and flow capacity, making it easy to handle, cut, and install on site. The core is ideal for pairing with custom geotextiles or other waterproofing systems.

The core can also be factory bonded to a layer of non-woven filter fabric. The filter fabric retains soil or sand particles as well as freshly placed concrete or grout, allowing filtered water to pass into the drainage core.

Each roll measures 4′ × 50′ (200 sq ft)
